Cancellation Policy

Preorders

Preorders can be cancelled without penalty at any time before the guaranteed preorder date stated in the listing. After this date, the preorder is finalized with the supplier and we are unable to cancel the order. Cancellations requested after the guaranteed preorder date will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

In-stock orders

In-stock orders can be cancelled before the tracking number is generated. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form, chat, or by emailing us at info@faelia.us. Once a tracking number is generated, modifications to the order are no longer possible and you will have to open a return to get a refund.
