Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within three business days. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form, chat, or by sending an email to info@faelia.us. Once a tracking number is provided, modifications to the order are no longer possible. 

Orders ship domestically using USPS. For international orders, certain items are eligible for flat-rate shipping using Asendia. Expedited options are also available at checkout.

Domestic: All orders have calculated shipping. Free shipping promotions may happen occasionally. Currently testing whether the in-person pickup option is functioning.

International: Eligible countries qualify for flat rate shipping shown at checkout.
