Do you offer free shipping?
At the moment we do not, but this policy might be revised in the future. We try to keep shipping rates as low as possible, and local buyers can opt for event pickup on their orders.
Do you plan on (re)stocking [item(s)]?
We don't usually restock things once they sell out unless it's a popular item or we get requests about it. Unlike most stores, we don't do preorders so restocks are based purely on historical sales data and some good old-fashioned (and totally biased) speculation.
If there's anything specific you want to see us sell (franchises, specific items, etc.) feel free to let us know! Not making promises but it could happen...
I saw [item] at your booth during an event, but it's not listed online?
We're always working hard to update the site with new arrivals, but the online side of this store is run by a single person so finding time to update the inventory can be tough at times. As a result, our newest newest arrivals will almost always end up debuting at events before we list them online. There's a possibility the item never even gets listed if it sells out before we get the chance to catch up with the online store, so make sure to stop by our booth at events if you want first dibs on stuff.
If you're REALLY wanting to purchase something you saw (in Instagram stories or at our booth), feel free to send an email or pop us a DM on Instagram and we'll prioritize listing that item when we get the chance.
When is your next event? Will you go to [city]?
Upcoming confirmed events are listed here and on our Instagram. We're usually trawling between LA and Orange County. It's unlikely we'll go outside of these areas generally speaking, unless there's something BIG happening.
There's this Japan-exclusive item I want, can you track it down for me?
If you have a specific item request, we do offer proxy services for items from Japan for a small fee. Feel free to send an email or DM us on Instagram with details if you're interested.
