Do you offer free shipping?
At the moment, we do not but this policy may be revised in the future. We're currently working on setting flat-rate shipping for all countries. Occasionally, we may run a free shipping campaign; sign up for the newsletter if you want to know when the next one is.
Do you plan on (re)stocking [item]?
Stocking and restocking merchandise depends almost entirely on customer demand. Unlike most stores, we don't operate on a preorder system so we have to be a bit pickier about experimenting with new merchandise. If an item you're interested in is sold out, sign up for restock notifications because we use that information to gauge what items should be prioritized in future restocks.
Shipment contents are determined based on a variety of factors. If there is a specific item or franchise you want to see stocked, feel free to let us know by filling out the contact form or posting on social media. We take all suggestions into consideration.
When is your next event? Will you go to [city] or [event]?
Upcoming events are posted here and on our social media. We mostly vend at events in LA or Orange County; it's unlikely we ever go outside of those areas because based on prior experience it's generally not worth the trip to go further than that at our current booth capacity.
We also only do weekend events; our event staff have full-time occupations that don't allow us to vend at longer events. This means we will not and probably never will be vending at 4-day cons like ALA or AX.
I saw [item] at your booth during [event], but it's not listed/priced differently online?
We're always working hard to keep the online inventory updated, but the online storefront is maintained by a single person. Sometimes, we get so busy that we simply don't have time to list the newest shipments online before we bring them to events. If you want to purchase something not listed, feel free to reach out to us and we'll prioritize listing that item ASAP.
For price discrepancies, some items have event-exclusive pricing. Other times, it's just a mislabeled price tag, or the item's price was lowered and the tag wasn't replaced. We strive to keep pricing as transparent as possible, but there is a LOT of merchandise so stuff slips through the cracks sometimes.
